We are watching a neighbor’s Chihuahua this weekend. The dog could not settle down last night . . . At all. Sleep came in hour and a half stretches. Today I’m autocrossing.

I really hope I’m in an early run group, both because of sleep deprivation and the forecast extremely high humidity in the afternoon.

[Update] I ran in the first run group. I’m getting faster so the DSG shifting to third without permission was a problem. My rival got past me in the last run. Dang it. [/update]

(It’s bad luck to use the “R” word in autocross. )

Hopefully this guy runs early before high humidity . . . I don’t see a top. [He has a top.]

That would be bad, too.

What’s bad about relays ? Y’all are a superstitious and cowardly lot. Good health to your actively circulated radiation absorbtion/ dissipation system. May your active chassis rust prevention be at a minimum.

I once went to an autocross after about 3 hours of sleep. That was a terribad idea. I was so awful at the event and working the course was hell in the sun lol. At least I was not drinking all night like my friends, but getting home at 3am and waking up at 6am for the event was tough. Learned to just never do that again.
